Our Words Heal began as a traditional public-health campaign centered on trauma recovery in low-income communties. Service reconceived the initiative as a streaming-inspired digital environment, shifting the experience away from static informational pages toward an immersive platform.

The design prioritizes clarity, calm and continuity, meeting users where they're at with a refreshed take on contemporary content interfaces. Through rigorous re-structuring and systems design, the site reduced pages of content into an absorbing, artful experience.

The result reframes Our Words Heal as a sustained space for reflection, learning and recovery, positioning the initiative less as a campaign and more as a living platform for healing.
